  • Commission payment will be taken primarily through Paypal invoice. Temporary options may exist for alternative payment (virtual site credit such as steam, etc.) These will be noted when available.

  • All prices marked are USD.

  • Following examples may contain images which fall under an eyestrain content warning. Proceed with informed caution.

What I Will draw:

  • Gore, body horror, so forth

  • Any/most species -- examples for some may be limited. (Complex mechs may come on a case-by-case basis -- feel free to ask for clarification.)

  • OCs, pets, & characters from existing media (TV, games, etc.)

  • Non-sexual nudity (including any top nudity.)

What I Won't draw:

  • NSFW/directly pornographic material

  • Directly bigoted material

  • Though not a hard-and-fast rule, I may not accept orders of real life people who are not public figures.

  • I hold the right to decline any order on a case-by-case basis if it contains material I am otherwise uncomfortable depicting. Feel free to ask! I am fine drawing most things.

PRICING

CHIBI - $20Marked price for singular character. Customer will receive both a transparent & opaque background version of order.+15$ add an extra characterSimple gradient/shape background requests (second example): no extra charge. Clarify at order

STYLIZED BUST (EYESTRAIN) - $15Only a single character option available per piece. A doodle-style piece featuring a limited palette* of eyestrain colours. Partially shaded by default.Batch orders of this type (up to 2 pieces as of current availability) may exist on either the same canvas or separately -- clarify at order.*due to limited palette, pieces may not reflect the characters' original colours 100%. some liberties may be taken. this can be discussed if need be.

STYLIZED HALFBODY (EYESTRAIN) - $20Marked price for singular character. A doodle-style piece featuring a limited palette* of eyestrain colours. Unshaded by default. Limited examples, may be experimental!Simple background elements (see 1st image) come by no extra charge. Clarify at order+$5 add basic shading -- no direct halfbody examples yet. PROCESS

  • Send through an order form to [email protected]* with necessary information. Clear reference photos of the subject are preferred.

  • If your form is accepted, I will give an estimated time for order completion -- larger orders may take longer, but I aim for two-three weeks turnaround time give or take. This may fluctuate depending on workload & external factors! I will keep in contact throughout the process.

  • An invoice will be sent to your provided email -- this will be paid upfront. I will begin the sketch after payment is received.

* Toyhouse direct messaging is fine as well if you use it. If we're mutuals or you already have contact information, commission information can be sent via Discord DMs.

Open mostly to mutuals & friends -- if we know each other, you can send through messages about art trades whenever. If there is interest from anyone else, ask about availability through any of my linked accounts and we may be able to figure something out.

By ordering a commission from me, you hereby accept & agree to the terms of service regarded in this document.


1. ORDERING
1.1. I hold the right to refuse any commission without explanation. If your order is declined, do not send it through multiple times.
1.2. Payment will be provided upfront. I will begin your commission when payment is received.
1.3. Refunds will not be issued past sketch completion.


2. USE OF PRODUCT
2.1. Your received personal commission must solely be used for personal use -- no monetary gain can be made from flat-sale commissioned pieces. If there are plans to use received art for monetary gain (e.g. merchandise) contact me about the situation to discuss.
2.2. Art I make for you must not be utilized in a discriminatory manner or to promote discrimination in any way.
2.3. Art I make for you will not be passed off as your own work. Credit is strongly urged when posting received commissions to public platforms.
2.4. You will not remove my signature from a received commission.
2.5. I may use your completed commission for solely business reasons (e.g. listed examples of my work.)


3. PROCESS
3.1. When the sketch is completed, it will be sent to you for feedback & approval. Tweaks may be made during this stage. Significant changes will not be made to the piece past the approved sketch stage.
3.1.1 Minor and few requested changes such as small design or colouring errors, small background tweaks, etc. may be approved on discretion.


4. CONTACT
4.2. You are free to make contact regarding your commission at any point from order time to completion.
4.2.1. As a general rule of thumb -- two weeks after I have last sent you a commission-related update is a good timeframe.
4.2.2. If there are significant delays in process due to external circumstances, I will keep you updated.
4.2.3. Harrassment in this vein will not be tolerated, however. Excessive messaging is discouraged, e.g. asking for an update every day. Please keep in mind that I will need some time to complete your order!


5. DATA
5.1. Your personal information (email, etc.) will never be shared with any third party! Only relevant information will be used solely for purpose of the active commissioning process (e.g. contact, sending payment, etc.)
